Before you write
- Tool not working? Please tell us which tool you used, your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox…) and your device (computer or phone). Updating your browser to the latest version solves most problems.
- Please don’t send us your PDF files by email unless we ask for them. Our tools process files on your device, so we never need your documents to help you.
- Forgotten PDF password? We cannot recover or break passwords. Our Unlock PDF tool only works when you know the password, or for files with printing/copying restrictions.
